What did Roald Dahl drop in your head?
Celebrating 100 years of Roald Dahl
Libraries around the country are supporting artists to deliver exciting creative workshops inspired by Roald Dahl’s life work.
Here’s our contribution…
Taking passages from Roald Dahl classics, we’re inviting our young visitors to illustrate the text. How do you picture the scene? No disrespect Sir Quentin Blake, but in true Roald Dahl style, the kids know best!
References to Roald Dahl include excerpts from ‘Mathilda’, ‘Charlie and the Chocolate Factory’ and ‘The Enormous Crocodile’.
All sessions:
For 5 – 11 yr olds / Materials will be provided / No need to book / FREE to attend.
We’re very happy to be visiting 3 of Hackney’s great libraries with this illustration based session. Looking forward to seeing you all!
